A cheap, mild and environmentally friendly oxidation of tertiaryamines and azines to the corresponding N‐oxides is reported by using polyfluoroalkyl ketones as efficient organocatalysts. 2,2,2‐Trifluoroacetophenone was identified as the optimum catalyst for the oxidation of aliphatic tertiaryamines and azines. Treating a super aryl-extended calix[4]pyrrole with 2 equivalents of cis-protected [M(dppp)(OTf)2] as the metal corners (M=Pt, Pd; dppp=1,3-(bis-diphenylphosphino)propane) has led to the formation of a dinuclear metallobridged cavitand. Inclusion complexes of the metallocavitand are formed as single conformers and the dimensions of their open portals are dependent of the included guests.
The embodiments provide compounds of the general Formula I, as well as compositions, including pharmaceutical compositions, comprising a subject compound. The embodiments further provide treatment methods, including methods of treating a hepatitis C virus infection, the methods generally involving administering to an individual in need thereof an effective amount of a subject compound or composition.

The present invention is a thickened aqueous detergent composition. Said composition contains an alkali metal hypochlorite, an alkali metal salt of a fatty acid, a long chain amine oxide and a short chain surfactant to boost cleaning and a tertiary alcohol to restore viscosity.
