A multifunctional AIE‐active molecule, CzPySiTPE, in which carbazole (Cz) and pyridine (Py) were attached to tetraphenylsilane to facilitate carrier injection has been designed and synthesized. Tetraphenylethene (TPE) was adopted to maintain efficient blue emission.
