  Compounds having the general formula: ##STR1## in which R denotes hydrogen, a lower alkyl, lower hydroxyalkyl or lower polyhydroxyalkyl radical or alternatively an alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or polyhydroxyalkyl radical in which the alkyl chain is interrupted by one or more hetero-atoms such as oxygen are described.
