    A device body is equipped with a heater unit (3) and a thermal evaporating agent (9) is filled in a tank (6), and a leading end of a core (8) for sucking up the thermal evaporating agent which is inserted is the tank (6) is inserted into the heater unit (3). The heater unit (3) is in an annular shape and is incorporated with a transformerless exothermic body (10). The transformerless exothermic body (10) is a positive temperature thermistor and the voltage-current characteristic thereof has a region, over the range of at least 100V to 240V of applied voltage, which satisfies the conditions ofVx + Iy = a (a is constant) in orthogonal coordinates in which a longitudinal axis is a voltage Vx and a lateral axis is a current Iy. Therefore, even though the applied voltages are 100 V and 240 V, the change of consumed current, P=VI is small and there causes no difference in their exothermic temperatures in the range of the applied voltages of 100 V to 240 V. Thus, even though the applied voltage is 100 V or 240 V, there causes no difference in consuming time of the thermal evaporating agent.

    A fan type chemical diffusing apparatus is disclosed which comprises: an apparatus main body having an air inlet and an air outlet; a fan type blower disposed in the apparatus main body and having a fan casing, a fan provided with a hollow space, and a motor; and an active ingredient impregnated body or mass disposed in the hollow space for containing an active ingredient. The fan type blower is adapted and operative to send air from the air inlet through the hollow space into and out of the air outlet. A fan type debugging apparatus is also disclosed in which the active ingredient impregnated body or mass is disposed in a wind inlet side of the fan type blower and is designed to provide a wind force resistance which in terms of the proportion of current consumption by the motor in the presence of the active ingredient impregnated body or mass to current consumption by the motor in the absence of the active ingredient impregnated body or mass, ranges from 5 to 25 %. A fan type debugging apparatus is also disclosed in which a fan is used having: an air resistance f which when expressed by current consumption I1 by said motor loaded with said fan divided by current consumption I0 by the motor when unloaded with the fan, ranges not less than 1 but not greater than 17; the current consumption I0 being equal to or less than 35 mA; a size in a range between 20 mm and 100 mm in diameter; and a weight in a range between 1.5 gram and 8 grams, wherein values of the fan air resistance, size and weight are selected so that the current consumption by the motor loaded with the fan has a current value such that the ratio of a time period in which the fan can be driven by the battery to the capacity of the battery is not less than 5 %. A fan type debugging apparatus is also disclosed in which the fan type blower is operable to iteratively run and halt alternately with a time period of halt not more than 9 (nine) times as long as a running time period, the time period of halt being also a time period in which a current or quantity of electricity not lost therein is more than a current or quantity of electricity consumed in excess by the motor in the running time period.
