  为了探索交叉复分解或闭环复分解，分别合成了新的酰基（烯丙基）-和酰基（乙烯基）硅烷，作为分别制备双（酰基）硅烷或不饱和环状酰基硅烷的新方法。酰基硅烷的复分解反应不起作用，但事实证明它们的前体（尤其是苯并三唑系列的前体）是不错的选择。因此，通过RCM制备了两种新的苯并三唑基取代的甲硅烷基化合物（四氢硅烷和二氢硅烷）。它们转化成相应的酰基硅烷失败。相反，通过两个步骤即可完成在内部位置带有硅原子的双（酰基硅烷）的制备：烯丙基（二甲基甲硅烷基）苯并三唑基中间体水解的交叉复分解。
