  Vinylic phosphonates with functional groups can be synthesized regioselectively by the reaction of acetoxy allylic phosphonates with soft carbon nucleophiles in the presence of bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide (BSA) under palladium(0) catalysis with moderate to good yields.
