生物活性

YM-750 是一种有效的酰基:胆固醇酰基转移酶 (ACAT) 抑制剂（IC50=0.18 μM）。ACAT 催化胆固醇和长链脂肪酰辅酶A 形成胆固醇酯。

体外研究

泡沫细胞在 24 小时内积累了脂化胆固醇 (EC)，这一过程在缺乏 Cu²⁺ 的 acLDL 存在下被 KY-455 和 YM-750 抑制。
