The invention provides compounds of Formulae 1 and 3; organic electric elements comprising an organic material layer between 2 electrodes, wherein the organic material layer comprises either a mixture of compounds of Formulae 1 and 2 or a compound of Formula 3; and electronic devices comprising the organic electric elements. By comprising the mixture of compounds of Formulae 1 and 2 or by comprising the compound of Formula 3 in the organic material layer, the driving voltage of the organic electronic device can be lowered, and the luminous efficiency and life time of the organic electronic device can be improved.
