  (EN) Described is a combination method using selective inhibitors of 5$g(a)-reductase 1 and/or 2 including 7$g(b)-substituted 4-aza-5$g(a)-cholestan-3-ones and related 4-aza-5$g(a)-androstan-3-one compounds which are useful in the treatment of acne vulgaris in combination with a retinoid, e.g., tretinoin or isotretinoin, and at least one agent selected from an antibacterial, keratolytic, and/or an anti-inflammatory.(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé combiné utilisant des inhibiteurs sélectifs de la 5$g(a)-réductase 1 et/ou 2 incluant les 4-aza-5$g(a)-cholestane-3-ones substitués en 7$g(b) et des composés 4-aza-5$g(a)-androstane-3-one, lesquels inhibiteurs sont efficaces dans le traitement de l'acné vulgaire en association avec un rétinoïde (par exemple la trétinoïne ou l'isotrétinoïne), et au moins un agent appartenant au groupe formé par les antibactériens, les kératolytiques et/ou les anti-inflammatoires.
