    摘要:
    本发明公开黄原酸酯衍生化试剂的制备方法,以酰胺或者磺酰胺为原料,经过氯化后,与黄原酸金属盐进行亲核取代反应,即可制备得到亲电型的还原酸酯衍生化试剂,具体如下:(1)向酰胺或者磺酰胺中加入第一溶剂,搅拌,再加入次氯酸叔丁酯,在20‑40℃下反应5‑60min后,将反应混合物过滤,干燥,得到中间产物N‑氯酰胺或N‑氯磺酰胺;(2)向黄原酸金属盐中加入第二溶剂,搅拌,得到黄原酸金属盐溶液,再将所述N‑氯酰胺或N‑氯磺酰胺用第二溶剂溶解,然后滴加入黄原酸金属盐溶液中,在10‑40℃下反应4‑20h,即可得到相应的黄原酸酯衍生化试剂。所述黄原酸酯衍生化试剂为新型试剂,适用底物范围广,反应条件温和。

    A method of bleaching textile materials in water at lower temperatures and reduced time intervals wherein: a source of bromide ions is added to the water to impart an initial concentration between 1 and 25 ppm; a chlorine ion source is added to the water to yield an initial concentration between 25 and 90 ppm; the wash water and textile materials are agitated for an interval between 30 seconds and 5 minutes; and the bleached textiles are recovered. The process may be carried out at temperatures between 80° and 120°F. Preferred ion donating sources are sodium bromide and sodium hypochlorite. If desired, the sodium bromide may be compounded with conventional detergent formulations.

    The application is directed to an automatic dishwasher detergent powder composition containing a dual bleach system. The composition contains a chlorine bleach source and a bromide compound. In the wash bath the chlorine source reacts with water to form hypochlorite and the bromide compound reacts with a portion of the hypochlorite to form hypobromite. The active ingredients of the dual bleach system are the hypochlorite and hypobromite which provide improved cleaning performance against both proteinaceous and starchy carbohydrate soils. The powder compositions are dry, free flowing, readily dispersed and easily soluble in the wash bath.
