Synthesis, insecticidal activity and molecular docking study of clothianidin analogues with hydrazide group

Abstract A series of novelneonicotinoidanalogues were designed and synthesized by introducing a hydrazide group into clothianidin. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1 H NMR, and HRMS (ESI). Preliminary bioassay showed that some compounds, 5b and 5g , exhibited good activity against soybean aphids ( Aphis glycines ) at 100 mg L −1 .
