The present invention provides an article of manufacture comprising: (1) a packaging material, and (2) a once-a-day dose medication which causes a photosensitivity and/or a phototoxicity reaction in a patient contained within said packaging material and wherein said packaging material comprises a label which indicated that such a reaction is prevented or reduced by administering the medication to the patient during the evening or early morning hours.

The present invention provides a composition that includes: (a) xanthophylls; (b) vitamin C; (c) vitamin E; (d) zinc; and (e) copper.
