Methylamine Derivatives with 1,2-Azole Fragments: Synthesis, Palladium Complexes, Catalysis of the Suzuki Reaction

Abstract New methylamine derivatives with 1,2-azole fragments (phenylisoxazole, p-tolylisoxazole, 2,5-dimethylphenylisoxazole and 4,5-dichloroisothiazole) and their palladium complexes were synthesized. It was shown that palladium complexes with the obtained N-methyl-1-(1,2-azol-3-yl)methylamine exhibit high catalytic activity in the Suzuki reaction in aqueous medium.
摘要 合成了具有 1,2-唑片段的新甲胺衍生物(苯基异恶唑、对甲苯基异恶唑、2,5-二甲基苯基异恶唑和 4,5-二氯异噻唑)及其钯配合物。结果表明,钯与所得N-甲基-1-(1,2-唑-3-基)甲胺的配合物在水性介质中的Suzuki反应中表现出较高的催化活性。
