    摘要:
    本发明的目的是提供一种4,4-二氨基3,3-二叔丁基二苯甲烷合成工艺。所述的工艺以邻叔丁基苯胺为原料,在固体酸催化剂的作用下,与甲醛一步缩合反应得到4,4-二氨基3,3-二叔丁基二苯甲烷。反应温度为90~150℃,反应时间为1~8小时。本发明所述的邻叔丁基苯胺可通过苯胺经甲基叔丁基醚或叔丁醇烷基化反应得到,大大降低了原料的成本,为4,4-二氨基3,3-二叔丁基二苯甲烷工业化应用提供了巨大的可能;本发明所述的催化剂是具有层状结构的市售蒙脱土或高岭土;本发明所述的催化剂可以循环使用,对于邻叔丁基苯胺和甲醛合成4,4-二氨基3,3-二叔丁基二苯甲烷具有很高的活性。该工艺是一种绿色环保、高效的4,4-二氨基3,3-二叔丁基二苯甲烷的合成工艺。

    Aldimines of Formula (I), which can be used as latent curing agents in curing compositions, for example, in moisture-curing polyurethane compositions that have isocyanate groups. The aldimines are compounds that can be liquid at room temperature, can have a hardly noticeable aldehyde odor before, during and after hydrolysis, and can have a long shelf life. An aldehyde in polyurethane compositions that is released during hydrolysis has only a slight softening effect and can exhibit very little tendency to migrate or exude.

    A prepreg includes; sizing agent-coated carbon fibers coated with a sizing agent; and a thermosetting resin composition impregnated into the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers. The sizing agent includes an aliphatic epoxy compound (A) and an aromatic compound (B) at least containing an aromatic epoxy compound (B1). The thermosetting resin composition includes a thermosetting resin (D) and a latent hardener (E), and optionally includes an additive (F) other than the thermosetting resin (D) and the latent hardener (E). The (a)/(b) ratio is within a predetermined range where (a) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to CHx, C—C, and C═C and (b) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to C—O in a C 1s core spectrum of the surfaces of the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

    To provide a prepreg and a carbon fiber reinforced composite material that are excellent in adhesion between a matrix resin and carbon fibers and long-term storage stability and also excellent in microcrack resistance due to the increased toughness. The present invention provides a prepreg that includes; agent-coated carbon fibers coated with a sizing agent; and a thermosetting resin composition impregnated into the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers. The sizing agent includes an aliphatic epoxy compound (A) and an aromatic epoxy compound (B1). The sizing agent-coated carbon fibers are in a shape of woven fabric or braid. The thermosetting resin composition includes a thermosetting resin (D), a thermoplastic resin (F), and a latent hardener (G). The sizing agent-coated carbon fibers have an (a)/(b) ratio in a certain range where (a) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to CHx, C—C, and C═C and (b) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to C—O in a C 1s core spectrum of the surfaces of the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

    This invention relates to an improved process for the catalytic hydrogenation of methylene bridged polyphenylamines using rhodium as the catalyst to produce the methylene bridged polycyclohexylamine counterparts. The improvement for hydrogenating crude methylene bridged polyphenylamines, containing polyphenylamine oligomers and trace amounts of impurities, such as the formamide of the methylene bridged polyphenylamines, comprises contacting the crude polyphenylamine feed with a hydrogenation catalyst, other than rhodium, and one which is not a catalyst poison to rhodium, under conditions sufficient to at least partially hydrogenate the polyphenylamine mixture and then effecting hydrogenation of the methylene bridged polyphenylamine to the polycyclohexylamine counterpart in the presence of a rhodium catalyst. The pretreatment of the crude methylene bridged polyphenylamine feed apparently destroys the formamide derivatives and possibly other trace impurities in the mixture and thereby prevents rapid deactivation of the rhodium catalyst during hydrogenation of the aromatic ring.
