Ten 1-substituted arylaminopropyl silatranes (I - X) were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic amines with chloropropyl silatrane and aryl chloride with aminopropyl silatrane respectively. Their structures were identified by elemental analysis, IR,(HNMR)-H-1, and MS measurement. An antimicrobial test was done and the result showed that some of them had obvious antibacterial activity.
