of potassium tert-butoxide undergoes a novel heteroaromatic CH insertion of alkylidenecarbenes generated in situ to give the corresponding furopyridine derivatives. The heteroaromatic CH insertion shows an extremely high selectivity compared with the possible aliphatic CH insertion. This process is also applied to furoquinoline synthesis.
在叔丁醇钾存在下炔基(苯基)碘化甲苯磺酸盐与4-羟基吡啶和3-羟基吡啶的反应经历了原位产生的亚烷基卡宾的新型杂芳族CH插入,从而给出了相应的呋喃并吡啶衍生物。与可能的脂族CH插入物相比,杂芳族CH插入物显示出极高的选择性。该方法也适用于呋喃喹啉合成。
