Selective N-alkylation of pyrrolopyrimidines and indoles by “transfer of activation”
摘要:
The benzene sulfonyl group is used as a "transfer of activation" reagent to alkylate selectively the NH of both pyrrolopyrimidines and 5-aminoindoles substituted on thienopyrimidines.
