  A convenient three-step preparation of the dinucleating ligand, 1,6-bis(2-furyl)-2,5-bis(2-hydroxy-3-formyl-5-methylbenzyl)-2,5-diazahexane (3) starting from 2,6-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-methylphenol (4) is reported. Compound 4 was partially oxidized with preactivated manganese dioxide to form compound 5, which was converted to 2-hydroxy-3-chloromethyl-5-ethylbenzaldehyde (6) with conc.HCl/EtOH. Compound 6 in turn reacted with N,N’-bis (2-furyl)-1,2-diaminoethane (7) in the presence of K2CO3 in ethanol to give the title compound 3. No protecting groups were required in the whole process and the conditions were mild.

  The present invention concerns a dynamic mixture obtained by combining, in the presence of water, at least one diamine derivative, comprising at least one heteroaryl moiety, with at least two perfuming aldehydes and/or ketones. The invention's mixture is capable of releasing in a controlled and prolonged manner said perfuming compounds, in particular perfuming ingredients, into the surrounding environment. The invention's dynamic mixture gives rise to a more evenly distributed positive effect for the release of the different carbonyl compounds which are part of the mixture than other examples reported in the prior art.

  L'effluent gazeux arrivant par le conduit 1 est mis en contact dans la zone d'absorption ZA avec la solution absorbante liquide arrivant par le conduit 9. L'effluent gazeux appauvri en composés acides est évacué par le conduit 2. La solution absorbante chargée en composés acides est évacuée par le conduit 3. La solution absorbante, une fois chargée en composés acides, comporte deux phases : une première phase pauvre en composés acides et une deuxième phase riche en composés acides. Les deux phases sont séparées dans la zone ZS. La première phase est recyclée par les conduits 5 et 9 dans la zone d'absorption ZA. La deuxième phase est introduite par le conduit 4 dans la zone de régénération ZR. Dans la zone ZR, les composés acides sont séparés de la solution absorbante.
