  本发明公开了一种四氢‑β‑卡巴啉二聚体衍生物的制备预防或治疗阿尔茨海默氏病药物中的应用，所述的四氢‑β‑卡巴啉二聚体衍生物如结构式Ⅰ所示，本发明以L‑色氨酸及色胺为原料，通过Pictet‑Spengler反应与醛环合生成单体的四氢‑β‑卡巴啉，再通过酰氯连接及点击化学反应生成四氢‑β‑卡巴啉二聚体，合成步骤简单、原料易得、收率较高，其对丁酰胆碱酯酶和Aβ1‑42聚集都有显著的抑制活性；在细胞上三种AD模型下的神经保护作用，当用Aβ1‑42,H2O2,OA单独处理的细胞后，细胞存活率低，细胞发生凋亡或坏死；用化合物11,12,13,17和19共处理，化合物11,12,13,17和19成功阻断Aβ1‑42,H2O2,OA诱导的细胞死亡，证明化合物11,12,13,17和19具有显著的神经保护作用。
