  本发明公开了一种3-十二烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵的合成工艺，更具体地说，是涉及3-十二烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵的合成工艺。本发明提供了一种工艺简单、产率高的3-十二烷氧基-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵的合成工艺。本发明的工艺步骤为：1、十二烷氧基缩水甘油醚的合成；在干燥的三口烧瓶中加入月桂醇18g～25g、环氧氯丙烷18g～24g、质量分数为40％的氢氧化钠水溶液13g～15g、四丁基溴化铵1.5g～2.5g，甲苯10～20ml，在50～70℃下搅拌反应4～6h；2、DPAC的合成；在干燥的三口烧瓶中加入十二烷氧基缩水甘油醚8～10g、三甲胺盐酸盐9g～12g，乙醇10ml～30ml，在30～50℃下搅拌反应3～4h。
