    摘要:
    本发明的目的是提供一种通过环氧溴丙烷与对联苯酚类化合物在相转移催化剂下反应得到活性稀释剂联苯类缩水甘油醚的合成方法。其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:(1)将对联苯酚类化合物和碳酸钠按照摩尔比为1∶1.2加入到反应容器中,在65‑70℃下搅拌10小时,取上层液体进行第二步反应。(2)将一定量的上步产物和催化剂加入到反应烧瓶中,取环氧溴丙烷通过恒压滴液漏斗逐滴滴加到有搅拌的反应烧瓶中,在70‑80℃下搅拌4‑7小时,分离提纯,即得到产物。本发明所得到的产品在环氧活性稀释剂、含氯化合物稳定剂、织物整理剂等方面具有广泛的应用。此外,它还是合成很多工业产品:如抗静电剂、乳化剂、塑料添加剂、化妆品、表面活性剂等的重要中间体。

    Disclosed is a carbon-fiber-reinforced composite material that is suitable for use as a construction material and exhibits high mechanical strength in harsh usage environments such as low-temperature environments and high-temperature moisture-absorbing environments. Also disclosed are an epoxy resin composition for producing the aforementioned carbon-fiber-rein-forced composite material and a prepreg obtained through the use of said epoxy resin composition. Said epoxy resin composition comprises at least the following constituents, by mass with respect to the total mass of the composition: (A) between 20% and 80% of an epoxy resin having the structure represented by formula (1); and (B) between 10% and 50% of an epoxy resin that has at least two ring structures with four or more members each and also has one amine glycidyl or ether glycidyl directly connected to a ring structure.

    A prepreg includes; sizing agent-coated carbon fibers coated with a sizing agent; and a thermosetting resin composition impregnated into the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers. The sizing agent includes an aliphatic epoxy compound (A) and an aromatic compound (B) at least containing an aromatic epoxy compound (B1). The thermosetting resin composition includes a thermosetting resin (D) and a latent hardener (E), and optionally includes an additive (F) other than the thermosetting resin (D) and the latent hardener (E). The (a)/(b) ratio is within a predetermined range where (a) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to CHx, C—C, and C═C and (b) is the height of a component at a binding energy assigned to C—O in a C 1s core spectrum of the surfaces of the sizing agent-coated carbon fibers analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

    Disclosed is a fiber-reinforced composite material that is high in heat resistance and strength while being low in the content of volatile matter that volatilizes during curing. Also disclosed are an epoxy resin composition for production thereof, and a prepreg produced from the epoxy resin composition. Specifically the invention provides an epoxy resin composition comprising: [A] an epoxy resin comprising two or more ring structures each consisting of four or more members, and at least one amine type or ether type glycidyl group directly connected to the ring structures, [B] a tri-or more-functional epoxy resin, and [C] a curing agent, and also provides a prepreg produced by impregnating reinforcing fiber with the epoxy resin composition and a fiber-reinforced composite material produced by curing the prepreg.

    An object of the present invention is to provide a prepreg having a high processability and laminating performance in an automated lay-up device and serving to produce a cured product having good physical properties, and also provide a method for the production thereof. A prepreg comprising at least the components [A] to [E] listed blow and having a structure incorporating a first layer composed mainly of the component [A] and a first epoxy resin composition that contains the components [B] to [D] but is substantially free of the component [E] and a second layer composed mainly of a second epoxy resin composition that contains the components [B] to [E] and disposed adjacent to each surface of the first layer, the second epoxy resin composition being characterized in that its component [D] accounts for 1 part by mass or more and less than 5 parts by mass relative to the total quantity of its components [B] to [E], which accounts for 100 parts by mass, and also characterized by having a storage elastic modulus G' at 25°C of 8.0 × 105 to 6.0 × 106 Pa as measured at an angular frequency of 3.14 rad/s, giving a value of 0.085 or more as calculated by the equation (1) specified below, and having a component [D] content of 1 part by mass or more and less than 10 parts by mass relative to the total quantity of the first epoxy resin composition and the second epoxy resin composition, which accounts for 100 parts by mass: [A] carbon fiber, [B] epoxy resin, [C] curing agent, [D] thermoplastic resin, and [E] particles containing a thermoplastic resin as primary component and having a volume-average particle diameter of 5 to 50 µm.
