    The syntheses of substituted piperazinyl pyridyl oxazolidinones 8-16 are described. Their in vitro activities against Gram-positive organisms such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus and enterococcus were evaluated by minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination.
