  • Measuring the effect of ionic liquids on laccase activity using a simple, parallel method
    作者:Lars Rehmann、Ekaterina Ivanova、Jamie L. Ferguson、H. Q. Nimal Gunaratne、Kenneth R. Seddon、Gillian M. Stephens
    DOI:10.1039/c2gc16009a
Laccase activity was measured in the presence of 63 water-miscible and water-immiscible ionic liquids, including imidazolium, pyridinium, quaternary ammonium and quaternary phosphonium salts. A simple, parallel method was used to determine activity. In general, water-immiscible ionic liquids, especially bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]amide salts, supported the highest enzyme activities.

known to form zeolitetype topologies. The construction of zeolite types, especially those with low framework density such as RHO, from linear ligands is generally perceived as less likely, because the 180° metal‐ligand‐metal geometry deviates too much from the established strategy of using ligands with bent coordination geometry (centered around 145°) to mimic the geometry in natural zeolites. We show
