Highly selective oxidation of amines to imines by Mn2O3 catalyst under eco-friendly conditions

摘要在异相催化中发现提高亚胺对伯胺的氧化自偶联的选择性具有挑战性。通过使用简单的无模板草酸盐途径控制煅烧温度,合成了三种不同的锰氧化物(M-3,M-4,M-5)。使用XRD,N2吸附,SEM,TEM,XPS,H2-TPR技术对制得的锰氧化物进行了系统表征。在苄基胺的100%转化率下,M-4产生的亚胺选择性为96.2%,远远优于其他现有方案。发现Mn 3+ / Mn 4+比率影响亚胺的选择性。首次提出了锰氧化物催化胺氧化的可能反应途径。
