AbstractThis work describes the palladium(II)‐catalyzed regioselective C8‐H olefination of 1‐naphthamides. Interestingly, naphthamide fused lactam 2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzo[de]isoquinolin‐1‐one derivatives were also synthesized in the case of a particular class of napthamides. This protocol was found well compatible with a diverse range of acrylates and styrenes leading to product formation in good yields along with a wide functional group tolerance. The developed strategy was further applied to the synthesis of different drug derivatives.
摘要 本研究介绍了钯(II)催化的 1-萘甲酰胺的区域选择性 C8-H 烯化反应。有趣的是,在合成一类特殊的萘酰胺时,还合成了萘酰胺融合内酰胺 2,3-二氢-1H-苯并[de]异喹啉-1-酮衍生物。研究发现,该方法与多种丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯具有良好的兼容性,可生成收率高、官能团耐受性广的产品。所开发的策略被进一步应用于不同药物衍生物的合成。
