with 4-aminomethyl-cyclohexane-1-carboxylic acid or an ester thereof and optionally either converting the resulting compound of the general formula (I) to a salt or ester thereof or converting the resulting esterof a compound of the general formula (I) to a compound of the general formula (I) or a salt or other ester thereof. These compounds can be incorporated into a pharmaceutical composition and used to treat, for example, inflammation, thrombosis, encephalorrhagia, hypertension, asthma or cancer.
