制备方法与用途

用途

4,4’,4"-三氨基三苯甲烷是丙型肝炎病毒解旋酶的抑制剂。然而，它具有致癌活性，并且增加了动物直肠内皮系统肿瘤的发生率。

生物活性

Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷是一种三苯甲烷类染料。此外，Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷是一种稍弱的HCV解旋酶抑制剂（100 μM浓度下约30%的抑制作用）。

靶点

目标是HCV helicase。

体外研究

Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷（化合物8）显示出对HCV解旋酶的弱抑制作用（在100 μM浓度下约为30%的抑制）。为了在生物样本中保存RNA以便于分析，可以将样品与能够使RNA沉淀的三苯甲烷染料（如甲基绿、结晶紫、对品红或Tris(4-氨基苯基)甲烷）一起孵育，或者使用钴离子。RNA保存技术可用于免疫染色实验及其他组织化学方法中。
