Tertatolol 是一种有效的β-肾上腺素受体和5-HT受体拮抗剂,具有舒张血管的作用。
体外研究在无血清培养基中,tertatolol 在28小时孵育后对人系膜细胞(HMC)的[3]H-胸苷掺入量没有显著影响。但在1%血清存在的情况下,tertatolol 显著减少了[3]H-胸苷的掺入量。当使用PDGF和凝血酶作为刺激物时,tertatolol 也抑制了[3]H的掺入。tertatolol 还能抑制由血管紧张素II引起的 HMC 平面表面积减少。tertatolol 抑制 HMC 增殖的效果还被 ritanserin(5HT2 受体拮抗剂)和 MDL 72222(5HT3受体拮抗剂)增强了。
