  (EN) There are disclosed novel sulfamate compounds containing N-substituted carbamoyl group including their racemates and (R)- and (S)-optical isomers represented by Formulas (I), (II) and (III), pharmaceutically useful for the prophylaxis and treatment of the disorders of the central nervous system, especially for nervous myalgia, epilepsy and minimal brain dysfunction. In said formulas, Ar is represented by formulas (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), Y is selected from the group consisting of halogens such as F, Cl, Br and I, trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y alone binds to benzene ring and from the group consisting of trifluoromethyl and alkyl groups containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms when Y binds to X which is O or S; and R1, R2, R3 and R4, identical or different, each are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, linear or branched alkyl groups containing 1 to 16 carbon atoms, cyclic alkyl groups containing 3 to 16 carbon atoms and aryl groups containing 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and NR1R2 and NR3R4, identical or different, each may form a 3- to 7-membered aliphatic cyclic compound together with another nitrogen atom or oxygen atom.(FR) Cette invention concerne de nouveaux composés de sulfamate contenant un groupe carbamyle N-substitué ainsi que leurs racémates et isomères optiques de structure (R) ou (S), qui sont représentés par les formules (I), (II) et (III) et qui s'avèrent pharmaceutiquement efficaces s'agissant de la prophylaxie et du traitement de troubles du système nerveux central, et particulièrement de la myalgie nerveuse, de l'épilepsie et de dysfonctionnements cérébraux minimes.
