制备方法与用途

化学性质

荧光增白剂367是一种黄绿色结晶粉末,无毒无味,不溶于,但易溶于丙酮四氯化碳、二甲基甲酰胺、均三甲苯、聚乙烯甲苯,微溶于乙醇异丙醇甲醇。其光谱最大吸收波长为370nm,最大荧光发射波长为437nm。该物质具有极佳的耐光性和耐热性,化学稳定性良好,不会与发泡剂交联剂等发生反应,并且与高分子材料相容性好,无渗出现象。

用途

主要应用于合成纤维和塑料制品的增白,能够显著提升有色塑料制品的鲜艳度。此外,也适用于PE、PP、PVC、PS及ABS等多种材质的加工处理。
