The crystal and molecular structure of the mew title complex has been determined by means of a single crystal X-ray diffraction method. It is triclinic with the space group P\bar1, Z=2, a=15.518(5), b=19.827(7), c=7.493(2) A, α=100.90(3), β=103.94(2), γ=82.85(3)°. Both of the metal atoms have almost the same coordination geometry, pentagonal bipyramidal which coordinates the oxygen atoms of five water
