制备方法与用途

适用范围

适用作物: 仁果类作物、核果类作物、葡萄和观赏植物、苹果、柑橘。

防治对象: 各个阶段的螨虫,特别是全爪螨和叶螨。

作用机理

苯螨特是一种新型杀螨剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用,无内吸和渗透传导作用。它能有效防治各个发育阶段的螨类,对卵和成螨都有显著效果。该药具有较强的速效性和较长的残效性,在用药后5~30天内可以及时有效地控制虫口增长;同时也能防治对其他杀螨剂产生抗药性的螨类,并对天敌和作物安全。

定义

苯螨特(Benzoximate)的商品名称为Mitrazon、西斗星,是由日本曹达公司于1972年推广的杀螨剂。

生态效应
  • 鲤鱼LC₅₀(48h):1.75mg/L。
  • 对鸟类毒性低,日本鹌鹑急性经口LD₅₀>15000mg/kg。
  • 在正常条件下,对蜜蜂无毒害作用;对天敌安全。
安全性
  • 每人每日允许摄入量(ADI):0.067mg/kg。
  • 作物中最高残留限量为5mg/kg。最多使用一次。
  • 使用浓度为200g(a.i.)/hm²时,安全间隔期21天,作物中残留量<0.01mg/kg;当使用浓度为133g(a.i.)/hm²时,安全间隔期16天,作物中的残留量<0.01mg/kg。
  • 不要让喷出的农药飞散或流入河川、湖泊、养鱼塘内。使用后剩下的药液、洗涤液不要倒进水里,应妥善处理。
  • 装有此农药的容器应焚烧或掩埋,勿用作装其他东西。勿与其他药剂混用。
  • 喷药后,将脸、手和暴露的皮肤洗净。万一误饮,应喝大量的水并催吐,保持安静,就医诊治。
毒性
  • 大鼠急性经口LD₅₀>15000mg/kg;小鼠急性经口LD₅₀为12000~14500mg/kg。
  • 大鼠和小鼠急性经皮LD₅₀>15000mg/kg,腹腔注射LD₅₀为4217~1590mg/kg。对皮肤、黏膜无刺激作用。用含药剂400mg/kg的饲料喂养大鼠2年无危害。
  • 根据慢性毒性、催畸、繁殖等试验数据,假定安全系数为200,则本药剂的人体每日允许摄取量为0.1mg/kg。日本允许水果中残留量为5mg/kg。
  • 对鲤鱼LC₅₀为0.44mg/L(1.75mg/L)(48h),水蚤LC₅₀为5mg/L(3h)。鹌鹑急性经口LD₅₀>15000mg/kg。
化学性质

纯品为白色结晶。熔点73℃,蒸气压<1.33×10⁻²Pa (4.53×10⁻⁴Pa)(25℃)。20℃时溶解度:水1g/L、甲醇286g/L、乙醇90g/L。对光稳定,在强酸或强碱条件下稳定。

生产方法

苯螨特以间苯二酚为原料,经过甲基化、羧酸化、苯核氯化、酰氯化、缩合和苯甲酰化等六步反应制得,反应方程式如下所示:
