In the method of modifying a blowing agent, an operation of drying the blowing agent is omitted, and thus the method has effects of cost reduction and productivity improvement by simplifying the process. In addition, since the blowing agent prepared according to the present invention has excellent dispersibility in a resin, foam cells are uniformly formed and productivity can be improved. Since the fluidity of the resin is improved, productivity can be improved.
