The phosphorofluoroamidite approach to mixed phosphites
A new convenient and general procedure is described for the preparation of mixed phosphites from readily available phosphorofluoroamidites by stepwise replacement of amino and fluoro-groups in the presence of trimethylchlorosilane (Me3SiCl).
