the synthesis and the antiplatelet activity of a series of 6-(4-(substituted-amino)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinones. Antiplatelet activity was determined by using the tail transaction bleeding test. All of the newly synthesized pyridazinone derivatives exhibited significant platelet aggregation inhibitory activity.
