  摘要 2,3-二氨基吡啶与 3-(4'-硝基苯基)-3-氧代-丙醛和 3-乙氧基亚乙烯基-2,4-戊二酮在乙醇中反应生成 1:1 (1, 3) 或1:2 (2)。通过光谱方法研究了所有席夫碱。在结晶状态和氯仿溶液中，所有产品都以烯胺酮形式存在。3-乙酰基-4-[N-(2'-氨基吡啶基)-3-氨基]-3-丁烯-2-一(2)的结构用单晶X射线法测定。晶体为单斜晶系，空间群 P21/n (14)，a=7.5780(2)，b=8.0310(2)，c=17.9590(6) A，β=97.175(1)°，Z=4。X 射线研究表明缩合发生在吡啶环 3 位的氨基中。

  Abstract Reactions of 2,3-diaminopyridine with 3-(4′-nitrophenyl)-3-oxo-propionaldehyde and 3-ethoxyvinylidene-2,4-pentanedione in ethanol result in either products of condensation 1:1 (1, 3) or 1:2 (2).
