    The present invention provides a metalporphyrin complex having structure represented by formula (I), wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , R 7 , R 8 , R 9 and R 10 are independently selected from one of hydrogen, halogen, aliphatic group, substituted heteroaliphatic group, aryl and substituted heteroaryl; n is 1-6; L is quaternary ammonium functional group or quaternary phosphonium functional group; M is a metal element; and X is one of halogen, —NO 3 , BF 4 —, —CN, p-methyl benzoate, o-nitrophenol oxygen anion, 2,4-dinitrophenol oxygen anion, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol oxygen anion, 3,5-dichlorophenol oxygen anion and pentafluorophenol oxygen anion. The metalporphyrin complex provided in the present invention has two quaternary ammonium functional groups or two quaternary phosphonium functional groups, and compared with the prior art, the metalporphyrin complex shows higher catalytic activity in catalyzing polymerization reaction of carbon dioxide and an epoxide.

    The present invention relates to silica-based heterogeneous zinc compounds which are suitable as catalysts in the reaction of amines with dialkyl carbonates to produce carbamates. The catalysts have the formula [SiO2]-CH2-CHR-X-COOZn[Y], wherein [SiO2] represents a silica carrier selected from the group consisting of ordered mesoporous silica and irregular amorphous narrow pore silica, R represents a moiety selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, -CH3, and -CH2CH3, preferably hydrogen, X is an aliphatic chain of 2 to 11 carbon atoms that optionally comprises ether moieties and [Y] represents a mono anion. The invention is also directed towards a method for the preparation of the aforementioned compounds and towards method for the alkoxycarbonylation of amines.

    The invention relates to mixtures composed of monocarboxy-functionalized dialkylphosphinic salts and of further components, which comprise A) from 98 to 100% by weight of monocarboxy-functionalized dialkylphosphinic salts of the formula (I) in which X and Y are different, where X is Ca, Al, or Zn, and Y is methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, phenyl, 2-hydroxyethyl, 2,3-dihydroxypropyl, 2-hydroxypropyl, 3-hydroxypropyl, 4-hydroxybutyl, 3-hydroxybutyl, 2-hydroxybutyl, and/or 6-hydroxyhexyl, allyl and/or glycerol; or X and Y are different and are Mg, Sb, Sn, Ge, Ti, Fe, Zr, Ce, Bi, Sr, Mn, Cu, Ni, Li, Na, K, H, and/or a protonated nitrogen base; or X and Y are identical or different and each is then Ca, Al, or Zn; R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 , and R 7 are identical or different and, independently of one another, are H, methyl, ethyl, n-propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, tert-butyl, and/or phenyl, and B) from 0 to 2% by weight of halogens, where the entirety of the components always amounts to 100% by weight; and to a process for their preparation and to their use.
