  本发明涉及光刻胶引发剂合成技术领域，提供了一种4,4'‑(丙烷‑2,2‑二基)双((4‑叠氮苯氧基)苯)的合成方法，包括以下步骤：以2,2'‑双[4‑(4‑氨基苯氧基苯基)]丙烷为原料，在低温酸性条件下与亚硝酸钠反应形成重氮盐，然后重氮盐与叠氮化钠在低温条件下反应，反应液中加入萃取溶剂，然后分液，将萃取溶液倒入析出溶剂中析出固体，即得到双叠氮化合物4,4'‑(丙烷‑2,2‑二基)双((4‑叠氮苯氧基)苯)。将得到的固体进行核磁氢谱鉴定及液相色谱检测，结果显示，所制备得到的产品结构为4,4'‑(丙烷‑2,2‑二基)双((4‑叠氮苯氧基)苯)，纯度可达99％以上。
