The nephrotoxicant N-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)succinimide (NDPS) underwent nonenzymatic hydrolysis to N-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)succinamic acid (NDPSA) in buffer, rat liver and kidney homogenates, and rabbit liver homogenates. 2.
