  (EN) Disclosed herein is a compound having formula (I), wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or a C1-3 alkyl group; and R2 represents phenyl or furanyl group, or a group represented by the formula: -C(Ra)=C(Rb)(Rc), wherein Ra, Rb, and Rc being the same or different from each other, means hydrogen atom or methyl or phenyl group. The present invention further provides a method for preparing the compound (I) and a composition comprising as an active ingredient the compound (I). The compound (I) of the present invention can effectively inhibit the expression of enzymes involved in phase I reaction while activate the expression of enzymes involved in phase II reaction, thereby can be advantageously used to protect liver from being injured by various chemicals.(FR) Est décrit un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-3; et R2 représente un groupe phényle ou furanyle, ou bien un groupe représenté par la formule -C(Ra)=C(Rb)(Rc) où Ra, Rb, et Rc, étant identiques ou différents les uns des autres, représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle ou phényle. La présente invention décrit également un procédé pour préparer le composé (I) et une composition le contenant comme principe actif. Le composé (I) décrit peut effectivement inhiber l'expression des enzymes impliquées dans la réaction de la phase (I) tout en activant l'expression des enzymes impliquées dans la réaction de la phase (II), et peut ainsi avantageusement être utilisé pour protéger le foie contre des lésions dues à divers produits chimiques.
