  Amino-pyrazole compounds that modulate and/or inhibit the activity of protein kinases. These compounds and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are capable of mediating and/or inhibiting the activity cyclin-dependent kinases, thereby modulating and/or inhibiting unwanted cell proliferation.
