  (EN) The invention relates to compounds of formula (I), wherein R1 and R2, independently from each other, mean hydrogen, halogen or C1-4 alkyl group; R3, R4 and R5, independently from each other, stand for hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl group; R6 represents hydrogen, C1-4 alkyl or benzyl group; R7 means nitro group or amino group optionally monosubstituted by C1-4 alkyl, benzoyl, C1-4 alkylcarbonyl, C1-4 alkylsulfonyl, C1-4 alkylcarbamoyl or C1-4 alkylthiocarbamoyl group; both n and m are 0 or 1, with the proviso that R2 is different from hydrogen, when R1 is hydrogen, as well as stereoisomers or mixtures of stereoisomers thereof, acid addition salts thereof and hydrates, prodrugs and metabolites of all these compounds. The invention relates also to the pharmaceutical compositions comprising the above compounds. The compounds according to the invention possess valuable antiarrhythmic effect.(FR) L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre l'hydrogène, l'halogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-4; R3, R4 et R5 représentent indépendamment les uns des autres l'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C1-4; R6 représente l'hydrogène, l'alkyle C1-4 ou un groupe benzyle; R7 représente un groupe nitro ou un groupe amino éventuellement monosubstitué par un groupe alkyle C1-4, benzoyle, alkylcarbonyle C1-4, alkylsulfonyle C1-4, alkylcarbamoyle C1-4 ou alkylthiocarbamoyle C1-4; n et m sont tous deux 0 ou 1, avec la restriction suivante: lorsque R1 est l'hydrogène, R2 doit être autre que l'hydrogène. L'invention concerne également les stéréoisomères ou les mélanges de stéréoisomères de ces composés et les sels d'addition d'acide de ces derniers, ainsi que les hydrates, bioprécurseurs et métabolites de tous ces composés. L'invention concerne en outre les compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les composés ci-dessus. Ces composés présentent un effet anti-arythmique intéressant.
