  (EN) The present invention concerns novel (2-morpholinylmethyl)benzamide derivatives having formula (I), the $i(N)-oxide forms, the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, wherein R1 is C1-6alkyl, C2-6alkenyl or C2-6alkynyl; R2 is hydrogen, halo or C1-6alkylsulfonylamino; R3 is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; L is a radical of formula R4-C(=O)-Alk- (a); R5-C(=O)-N(R6)-Alk- (b); or R7-C(=O)-O-Alk- (c); wherein each Alk is independently C1-12alkanediyl; R4 is hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkyloxy, amino, mono- or di(C1-6alkyl)amino or an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring; R5 and R7 each independently are hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkyloxy, amino, mono- or di(C1-6alkyl)amino or an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring; R6 is hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; and aryl is phenyl or phenyl substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from halo, C1-6alkyl or C1-6alkyloxy. It further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, processes for preparing said compounds and compositions, and the use thereof as a medicine, in particular in the conditions involving a decreased gastric emptying.(FR) Nouveaux dérivés de (2-morpholinylméthyl)benzamide de formule (I), formes $i(N)-oxydes, sels d'addition pharmaceutiquement acceptables et formes stéréochimiquement isomères desdits dérivés. Dans ladite formule, R1 est alkyle C1-6, alcényle C2-6 ou alcynyle C2-6; R2 est hydrogène, halo ou alkylsulfonylamino C1-6; R3 est hydrogène ou alkyle C1-6; L est un radical de formule R4-C(=O)-Alk- (a), R5-C(=O)-N(R6)-Alk- (b), ou R7-C(=O)-O-Alk- (c), chaque Alk étant indépendamment alcanediyle C1-12; R4 est hydrogène, hydroxy, alkyle C1-6, alkyloxy C1-6, amino, mono- ou di(alkyle C1-6)amino ou un hétérocycle éventuellement substitué; R5 et R7 sont chacun indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle C1-6, alkyloxy C1-6, amino, mono- ou di(alkyle C1-6)amino ou un hétérocycle éventuellement substitué; R6 est hydrogène ou alkyle C1-6; et aryle est phényle ou phényle substitué par 1, 2 ou 3 substituants choisis parmi halo, alkyle C1-6 ou alkyloxy C1-6.
