The three new optically active triamines derived from 2,6-bis(aminomethyl)pyridine, i.e. 2,6-bis[(2S)-2-(hydroxymethyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl]methyl}pyridine (3a), 2,6-bis[(2S)-2-(methoxymethyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl]methyl}-pyridine (3b), and 2,6-bis(2S)-2-[(benzyloxy)methyl]pyrrolidin-1-yl}methyl}pyridine (3c), were synthesized. 衍生自2,6-双(氨基甲基)吡啶的三种新的旋光三胺,即2,6-双[((2 S)-2-(羟甲基)吡咯烷基-1-基]甲基}吡啶(3a),2 ,6-双[((2 S)-2-(甲氧基甲基)吡咯烷基-1-基]甲基}-吡啶(3b)和2,6-双((2 S)-2-[(苄氧基)甲基合成了]吡咯烷-1-基}甲基}吡啶(3c)。通过酸滴定法以及通过UV / VIS和CD测量研究了溶液和Cu II配合物形成中的平衡行为。发现在水溶液中,3a可以将CH 2 OH基团之一与Cu II配位去质子化。确定了配合物[Cu(3a)Cl] ClO 4 ·H 2 O,[Cu(3b)Cl] ClO 4和[Cu(3c)Cl] ClO 4的X射线晶体结构。在固态下,观察到OH和烷氧基均配位,并且三个配体被五配位。
