  (EN) This invention related to a novel class of 1,4-oxathiins bearing a substituted 3-imino group having a broad spectrum of fungicidal activity. The class of compounds is represented by formula (I), wherein Rn is each independently C1-C12 linear or branched alkyl; halogen, trihalomethyl or C1-C6 alkoxy; R' is C1-C8 linear or branched alkyl; G is CH or N; and n is 0, 1 or 2. Fungicidal compositions, methods of controlling fungi and methods for preparing the compounds are within the scope of this invention.(FR) Nouvelle classe de 1,4-oxathiines portant un groupe 3-imino à substitution présentant un large spectre d'activité fongicide. La classe de composés est représentée par la formule (I), dans laquelle Rn représente chacun indépendamment alkyle linéaire ou ramifié contenant 1 à 12 atomes de carbone; halogène, trihalométhyle ou alkoxy contenant 1 à 6 atomes de carbone; R' représente alkyle linéaire ou ramifié contenant 1 à 8 atomes de carbone; G représente CH ou N: et n représente 1, 0 ou 2.
