  The invention relates to chemical products which are suited for use as co-catalysts and which can be obtained by reacting a compound of formula (I), M 1 R 1 R 2 (R 3 ) m with a compound of formula (II), (R 4 X) q -(G)*(M 2 R 5 R 6 ) g . In formula (I), R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 20 alkyl, C 1 -C 20 alkyl halide, C 6 -C 20 aryl, C 6 -C 20 aryl halide, C 7 -C 40 arylalkyl, C 7 -C 40 arylalkyl halide, C 7 -C 40 alkylaryl or C 7 -C 40 alkylaryl halide; M 1 represents an element of the second or third main group of the periodic table of elements, and; m equals 0 or 1, whereby m is equal to 1 when M 1 represents an element of the third main group, and m is equal to 0 when M 1 represents an element of the second main group.
