  本发明属于医药化工技术领域，具体涉及一种呋喃酮酸的制备方法。将亚硝酸钠水溶液滴加至浓硫酸和长链醇的水溶液中，滴加完毕后，分离酯层得到亚硝酸酯；将2‑乙酰呋喃溶于稀盐酸溶液中，加入浓硫酸和催化剂，控温，滴加亚硝酸酯，滴加完后继续搅拌反应，反应结束后调节pH，过滤回收催化剂，滤液中加入萃取剂萃取反应产生的长链醇与未反应的乙酰呋喃，水相即为呋喃酮酸水溶液。本发明采用的氧化剂仅需要稍过量于底物的量，较亚硝酸钠氧化减少了有毒气体氮氧化物的产生，且反应条件温和，催化剂的使用加快了水解过程，减少了副反应，提高了收率，收率达到82.5％以上，2‑乙酰呋喃转化率达95％以上。
