The inventive compounds have an affinity to ?-opinoid receptors and are noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors. The inventive derivatives are used in pain therapy.

Die Verbindungen weisen einerseits eine Affinität zum µ-Opinoid-Rezeptor auf und hemmen andererseits die Noradrenalin-Wiederaufnahme. Sie werden in der Schmerztherapie verwendet.
