  本发明属于化学合成技术领域并提供了一种制备喷他佐辛中间体的方法。所述方法包括：在雷尼镍的催化下，将质量含量为5~30%的氨气的醇溶液与包含化合物XV（3‑甲基‑3‑戊烯腈）的反应原料混合，以氢气作为还原剂进行还原反应，将包含化合物XV的反应原料还原为包含化合物XVII（3‑甲基‑3‑戊烯胺）的反应产物。在本发明所述的方法中，通过在氢气还原过程中加入一定浓度的氨气的醇溶液，不仅实现了反应压力和反应温度的大幅降低，同时反应时间大大缩短。在这种组合条件下，催化剂雷尼镍的加料量也相对较少，非常有利于工业化生产。

  delta-Lactams have been synthesized with excellent stereocontrol of substituents by condensing 3-alkenamides with aryl aldehydes in polyphosphoric ester.
