制备方法与用途

化学性质
蓝色粉末，在100℃的水中溶解度可达90g/L。

用途
活性艳蓝 KN-B 适用于棉织物染色，呈现鲜艳的蓝色。用于经过抗皱整理后的棉织物染色时，色光会略带微绿，并且日晒牢度有所降低。该染料可通过轧堆法或浸染法制备，并可用于白布的拔色处理，同时适用于PVC涂层。

生产方法
以溴氨酸和2-氨基-4-(2-硫酸酯乙基砜基)苯甲酸为原料，通过缩合反应、盐析、过滤及干燥等步骤最终制得成品。
